Really cool. All 3 sound good, because you're playing it well, it's a beautiful piece, and all 3 tunings are well suited to this piece. In this particular case, the differences are so subtle-- if you couldn't see the frets and didn't know different tunings were employed, most people would never know... that said, this piece also was partly written to show off how well temperament allowed some of these modulations out of key and still sound good, and the chords are carefully chosen and from closely related keys. I'll take #3

That's one way to get some of the advantages of microtonality without all of the complexity: Start with 12 notes per octave, and then strategically bend pitches to get just intonation.

This has some chill vibes <3 In which tet system is this? Could be 19tet or 17tet?

Mean tone is pretty stark from the familiar, pleasant 12-TET, especially on the 4-3 resolution. But I find the well tempered tuning has an especially lovely balance through the harmonic progression. ⚖️
